Chia Seeds

Chia seed contains complete protein, all essential amino acids in an easily digested form. It is loaded with vitamins,omega 3 oil fiber and minerals. It is filling up when you eat them and prevents the absorption of fat. Soak one tsp chia seeds in half cup of water and add in your smoothies/juices.
