Home Remedies for Acidity

Eat ice cream of vanilla.Drink a glass of cold milk.
Prepare raitha with fresh yogurt with grated cucumber, carrots, coriander.
Chew a few basil leaves.Mint juice is also good for acidity.
Take a piece of jaggery when you have acidity.
Drink thin buttermilk with pepper in it.
And also drink lots of water.
Eat dinner early and go for a short walk or do some work.
Avoid oily things, fast food and soft drinks
A juice of kokum and jeera is good.
Eat almonds is a relief for acidity.
Coconut water is also good for acidity.
