Healthy colourful salad.
cooked wheat.......... 1cup
blanched beans.........1cup
cut red pepper..........1/4 cup
cut green pepper......1/4
cut carrot....................1/4 cup
grated cheese............2tbsp
coriander leaves.......few
olive oil.....................2tbsp
lemon juice..............1tsp
salt to taste
Method
Mix all in a bowl add little salt, pepper lemon juice and olive oil
