Food items for Diabetes


Cut a okra (Vendakai) into 3 /4 pieces and soak it in water overnight. Next day morning drink the sticky water in empty stomach. See the result after 10 days.
Soak 1 tsp methi seeds(fenu greek)  and eat this with water.
Use quinoa in your diet. This grain contains 100 % protein.
Eat soaked walnuts in between if you feel hungry.
Drink green tea and skimmed milk.
Drink karela  juice
