Sushi

Nori a seafood mostly low in fat with fats found in seafood is saturated and containing high levels of Omega  3.Sushi is served raw.The vegetables like avocado, spinach , carrot and other vegetable use in sushi is good for health.
Ingredients
Nori sheet........................1
Avocado.........................1/2
Carrot big........................1
Cooked Rice..................1cup
Spinach...........................a handful
Black sesame seeds.........1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Cut  avocado and the carrot long pieces.  Heat a pan with 1tsp olive oil add spinach and little salt.  Fry for 2 minutes and take it out and keep.Mix rice, little salt,    and sesame seeds  well.Place the nori sheet in front of you.Keep the rice on the sheet leaving border of nori all around Place the spinach, avocado and carrot vertically across the rice. Fold near your side tightly and begin to fold till the end. press nicely. Cut into 3/4 pices and keep in a plate. Serve with soy sauce.
