Drinking water

Drink 2 glasses of water after waking up. It helps activate internal organs
Drink 1 glas water 30 minutes before a meal- helps digestion.
There is no side effect.
Drink 1 glass of water before taking bath-helps lower blood pressure.

Drink 1 glass of water before going to bed- avoids stroke or heart attack
