Spring Roll Salad

This is a healthy dish. Just use any dry vegetable added by spices and rap it in spring roll. Take it to work.

Ingredients

Spring roll...................2
Lettuce.......................2leaves
Carrot .......................1
Red Pepper................1/2
Olive Oil.....................2tsp
Salt and Pepper to taste
 Method

Cut the carrot  and red pepper like match stick pieces.
Take the spring roll dip  it in warm water to make it tender.
Place the roll in a mat, place the leaf and other vegetables.
Add olive oil,salt and pepper evenly.
Fold it once and then both sides and roll to the end.
Eat this with any sauce.
Use any dry left over vegetables like spinach, mush room, bean sprouts and noodles.

  1. Hi Hari,Ur Salad seems Yumm.I know many Indian Breads(Chapti,Paraota,Puri,Idli etc.,) and Bread can be taken as Salad.Even U can do Salad with Vada Pav,Samosa like Chat.Great Site.Luv these recipes.Like to visit again.
