Boil 6 cups of water . Add 1.2 tsp of cumin  seeds,coriander seeds and whole fennel seeds. Boil 5 to 10 minutes with the lid on.

Filter the seeds out and pour the hot water in flask. Drink half cup when ever you feel like to drink.
It gives a soothing effect to your throat and very good for your skin.
