Nuts ladu



 Nuts ladu is famous nowadays days. I prepare this ladu most of the days.it is very good for health. I use variety of nuts like cashew nuts, Batam, walnuts, peanuts, makhana, sunflower seed s , sesame seeds Pumpkin seed and dates. 

Ingredients

Badam...........one cup

Walnuts...........one cup

Peanuts...........one up

Makhana.........one cup

Sunflower seeds...one cup

Sesame seeds....one cup

Pumpkin seeds....one cup

Dates.............one cup

Jaggery.........one and half cup

Cardamom powder.......half spoon



Method.

1. Dry roast the nuts for 6 minutes.

2.Add sesame seeds, sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds in the last.

3 powder alll together with dates. 

4 Add cardamom powder and make ladus.

Eat one ladu every day.
