Healthy Salad

 This salad is good for health.

Ingredients

Broccoli florets                 1 cup

Cauliflower florets.          1cup

Feta cheese                        1/2cup

Dill                                    1 bunch

Olive oil                           3 tbsp

Lemon juice                     2tsp

Dijon mustard                   3tsp

Salt to taste

Pepper                              1/2 tsp

Method

Steam the broccoli and cauliflower for 2 minutes.

Take a bowl add Dijon mustard, lemon juice olive oil and chopped dill , mix well.

Pour this mixture into the vegetables, mix well.

Sprinkle the feta cheese pieces.

Very tasty salad.
