Nut and Date pie crust
Ingredients:
pecans (dry)..................2 can
sea salt............................1 tsp
medjool pitted dates ...1 can
vanilla powder..............1 tsp.
1. Place all ingredients in food processor with "S" blade and process well.
. Press by hand into a pie plate until entire pie plate is covered
Note: Crust may be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen
Filling
Ingredients:
blueberries ..................1 pint
sea salt.........................1tsp
sea salt.........................1tsp
ripe bananas...............2
vanilla ........................1 tsp
vanilla ........................1 tsp
raw honey..................2-3 tbsp
Advanced preparation:
Start with Nut and Date Pie Crust in a pie plate.
Blend blueberries, bananas, honey and vanilla in food processor.
Place mixture in pie plate. Garnish with blueberries on top.
Refrigerate for few hours for filling to harden.
