What do I choose
Eating a variety of healthy foods is the best way to improve your overall health and provide your body with energy it needs.
Grains..........Eat at least 3oz of whole grain cereals,rice,pasta everyday
Fruits............Eat a variety of fresh fruits
Oils..............Make most of your fat source from fish,nuts vegetable oils
Milk............Go low fat or fat free milk, yogurt and other milk products.
Vegetables..Eat more green vegetables orange vegetables and dry beans and peas.
Meat and beans...... choose low fat or lean meats and poultry, fish and bean dishes
