Quinoa

Quinoa
A grain with lots of proteins. Cook like rice 1 cup quinoa and 2cups of water.I make with broken wheat, brown rice and quinoa with equal propotion and cook. Eat with any vegetable bhaji /sambar/rasam. You can prepare kanji (porridge), upma, payasam and salad with quinoa.
Salad
Cook one cup of quinoa with 2 cups of water. Cut the vgetables carrot, celery, green onion, onion, garlic and green pepper. Mix with cooked quinoa with 2 tsp of olive oil. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
