Blueberry Smoothie

Blueberry is very good for health and tasty too.
I buy fresh blueberry and use it for 2 days and put it in freezer. Whenever want to make smoothie w e an do it.

I always use flax seed. grind it in coffee grinder and keep. Sprinkle in any vegetable or drink. I also use making mulakai podi for idli.  Flax seed contains high levels of fiber and omega 3 fatty acids.This seed lower the cholesterol levels. In baking it replaces egg. Add water to flax seed  and grind. Use for baking cake. Use 2tbsp of flax seeds every day.

Tofu is also used in this drink instead of milk to get a creamy texture.For kids add milk instead of tofu.

Ingredient

Blueberry...................1 cup
Banana.......................1
Tofu (Soft).................1/2 cup
Powdered Flax seeds..2 tsp
Method
Grind all together into a fine smoothie.
