Healthy Soup
Ingredients
Oats............ 4tbsp
Milk............ 1/2 cup
Pepper.......... 1/2tsp
Carrot...........1
Sugar............1/4tsp
Beans.......... .6
Salt to Taste
Method
Cu the carrot and beans into small pieces and cook them with salt.
Boil some water add the cooked vegetables and oats.
Cook for 4/5 minutes Add pepper and sugar.
Serve hot.
