Microwave Potato Chips

Wash the potatoes and wipe with towel. Peel off the skin and slice them into thin rounds. Toss the potato slices with oil and salt in a bowl.
Grease a microwavable plate with oil and arrange the slices in a singer layer .place the plate in microwave three minutes first. Turn the slices over and again keep in microwave to three minutes. Check the slices in between They should not burnt of. Cool them. You get healthy potato chips with very less oil.



You can make chips with sweet potato, potato tapioca and beetroot. No need to deep fry potato chips. This way I tried and the chips came out crispy and very tasty. Any time with 4 to 6 minutes you can prepare this chips.
