Good health is wealth

Ghee is very good for the body.Take one tsp ghee per day with hot rice/ paratha/ chapathi or dhalGhee is good for joints health,it lubricates them.Early morning after getting up eat  any one fruit like banana, apple.Every two hours eat small amount of your choice.Eat  on  time and go to sleep at particular time.Eat dhal/ chaval(cooked rice) with vegetables.Eat vegetarian food is good as for as possible.Go for  a running/ walking at least three days in a week.Simple yoga for 30 minutes is good.Meditation for 10 minutes everyday.Never go on empty stomach for more than two hours.You should't be watching TV while eating.Have very good sleep at night.
