Eat lots of green vegetables


Drink lots of water.

Go for a morning walk at least 1/2 hour


Use raw turmeric where ever possible. I use instead of powder use raw turmeric in vegetable while cooking.

Good health is wealth

Ghee is very good for the body.Take one tsp ghee per day with hot rice/ paratha/ chapathi or dhalGhee is good for joints health,it lubricates them.Early morning after getting up eat  any one fruit like banana, apple.Every two hours eat small amount of your choice.Eat  on  time and go to sleep at particular time.Eat dhal/ chaval(cooked rice) with vegetables.Eat vegetarian food is good as for as possible.Go for  a running/ walking at least three days in a week.Simple yoga for 30 minutes is good.Meditation for 10 minutes everyday.Never go on empty stomach for more than two hours.You should't be watching TV while eating.Have very good sleep at night.

Hemp seeds are used as a dietary supplement because they contain important amino acids and essential fatty acids .Magnesium,iron and potassium are in good supply in hemp seeds.Hemp is considered one of the most nutritious plants. .It helps to promote healthy skin and hair.Sprinkle the hemp seeds over salads, oats and desserts.
QuinoaQuinoa is full of protein and all other nine amino acidsAlso excellent source of manganese.For those who are vegan it is good to have this. all doctors advise to eat cooked quinoa and desrease type 2diabetes.
Kale
It is high in vitamins,iron calcium, fiber and omega 3 s.Make smoothy with banana, kale and some nuts.

Onion
Onions are good source of vitamin C, B6, calcium, dietary fiber, folic acid and vitamin B1 and k
Onions contain sulfur which is good for liver. If it mix with protein it stimulate action of amino acids to the brain and nervous system.
It is anti inflammatory, antibiotic and anti cancer powers.

Sweet Potato

Sweet potatoes are highly nutritious. It has vitamin A, B,C, manganese, fiber, potassium and iron.
It is one of the healthiest vegetables we eat.

Chia Seeds

  • Mix a tsp of chia seeds in a glass of water and leaves it for an hour.
  • You can see the chia seeds doubled in size. Mix this in fruits or any smoothies. It is used in Faloonda  ice cream.
  • It reduces the food craving by preventing some of our food getting absorbed into our system
  • It can control blood sugar
  • It is one of the richest omega 3 plant food. Feel fuller, faster.
  • Dr Oz always says all to  include chia seeds i your daily intake.
  • Daily I take 1 tsp soaked chia seeds with water.

Edamame.......................................1/4 cup
Spinach.........................................1/4 cup
Cucumber.......................................1/2
Red Onion.sliced..............................1

Method

Mix all vegetables, add salt lemon juice and pepper.
